Automatic Speech Recognition and Understanding (ASRU) Workshop, 2005On November 27-December 1, 2005, Dr. Baker and Dr. Pugliese attended the ninth bi-annual IEEE workshop on Automatic Speech Recognition and Understanding (ASRU) in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In addition to condecting additional interviews with senior scientists, Dr. Baker moderated a panel discussion on "Government Funded Speech Research: Successes and Pitfalls."
